The Annex at Bankside

This self-contained 1-bedroom annex is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac in North Worcester, just 15 minutes’ walk from the city centre and close to Worcester Racecourse. With convenient access to the M5 (junction 6) it’s perfectly located for both leisure and business stays. The annex features: Private parking, front & rear gardens with a seating area, spacious lounge with two bed settees, ideal for extra guests, a large walk in shower, a cozy double bedroom with a small walk in wardrobe. The space Upon entering the annex, you will step into the kitchen-diner, a well-equipped space featuring a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The dining table comfortably seats four. Complimentary refreshments, including coffee, tea, sugar, hot chocolate, coffee pods, milk, and water, are always provided for your convenience. From the kitchen, a small hallway leads to the lounge, bedroom, and bathroom. The Lounge The lounge offers a cozy and inviting space with two sofas that can be converted into bed settees, an electric fire, and a TV with full access to Sky. The Bedroom The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a small walk-in wardrobe for ample storage, and a TV. The Bathroom The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in double shower and complimentary amenities, including shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Outside Space The annex boasts a private garden featuring an artificial lawn and a seating area, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Guest access Accessing the property is simple and clearly marked. Entry is located to the right of the main bungalow—just follow the signs. Proceed to the end of the bungalow, where you will find a wooden gate. Pass through the gate and continue down the side walkway into the annex garden. The annex entrance is on the left, opening the right hand side door of the French doors. Key safe details will be provided on the morning of your arrival for easy and secure access. The driveway is reserved exclusively for our guests, and no other cars will be parked there. However, please ensure that access to the garages remains clear at all times by avoiding parking directly in front of the garage doors, allowing entry .Thank you for your understanding!
