If you are looking for a residential and quiet environment, this may not be for you. If you want to experience the most diverse neighbourhood, welcome! :) The space In a building with elevator, the apartment is located on the first floor. You have to climb stairs to access the building. As you can see in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with sofa - a kitchen area open to the living room - 2 bedrooms both with 1 double bed (160cm) - 2 bedrooms both with 1 double bed (140cm) - 2 bathrooms Although there is no living room table, you will be able to use the kitchen bar and a small table with 3 chairs. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has air conditioning with hot and cold air pump through a centralized system that is controlled from a thermostat located in the living room. Hot water is provided by a gas heater. Restricted area by car: If you arrive by car, please take into account the new regulations in force, which requires you to park your vehicle in a parking lot unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car. Nearby parking: Saba Estación Tren Atocha Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that you will have to pick the keys for check-in at an establishment less than 15 minutes away from the apartment.
