Other things to note Other things to note House Rules We kindly ask that all guests respect the following rules to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone: 1. No Smoking • Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking indoors (odor, ashes, cigarette butts, burns, or residue) will result in a $500 fee to cover deep cleaning and odor removal. • Guests may smoke outside only, provided all cigarette butts and related trash are disposed of properly. 2. Pets • While pets are welcome, they must remain off all furniture, including couches, chairs, and bedding. • If pet hair, stains, or damage are found on bedding, couches, or chairs, an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property. 3. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be mindful of noise levels to avoid disturbing neighbors. Excessive noise complaints may result in penalties or termination of the stay. 4. No Parties or Events • Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted on the property. Unauthorized events may result in immediate removal without refund and additional charges for damages or disturbances. 5. Respect for the Property Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care. Any damage, stains, or missing items beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges. 6. Registered Guests Only • Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. 7. Trash Disposal Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash in the designated bins. Large items, such as moving boxes, furniture, or excess trash not fitting into the bins, must be disposed of offsite. If excess trash is left behind, a $150 disposal fee
