It is like a mini retreat in the country but only 10 mins to Saratoga Springs & the Race track & 20 mins to Lake George & Six Flags Amusement Park. Also nearby, Lake Moreau, Saratoga National Park, Saratoga State Park with all its natural springs, SPAC, 40 minutes away NY’s capital Albany. It’s 3 hours to NYC, Montreal, & Boston The space My home is located in the town of Wilton on 40 beautiful acres. It is considered a country setting but is within 10-20 minutes of wonderful tourist attractions and the Saratoga National Park. On our property, we have great amenities such as a pool, sauna, studio/movie room, volleyball, sand area, as well as wood trails. It’s the perfect combination of relaxation in the country while being quickly accessible to many wonderful activities and areas. Guest access Main house will have access to the main two floors that will have everything they need including access to the studio, which is a multi use room. You will also have access to the porch that has the sauna and outdoor games. There’s also a beautiful outdoor patio area with a barbecue and eating area for 12 people. Guests will have full access to the pool, volleyball and playground area as well as 40 acres with trails in the back. The house itself is a post and beam house, that is a passive solar with 70 solar panels. It is considered an Adirondack home. It has large cathedral ceilings throughout. It’s very comfortable and spacious. We have updated all the bathrooms and kitchen and the house has gotten a beautiful makeover. It’s a beautiful place to spend some time with family and friends. There is parking for up to 10 vehicles . Other things to note This is a non-smoking home with no pets allowed. No outdoor shoes indoor. Socks or bring your slippers. Enjoy a super clean house!
