Only 30 kilometres to Mandurah which is famous for its canals, river cruises, fishing, beaches and The Giants of Mandurah. I am a water enthusiast and often snorkelling at Point Peron, Rockingham dive trail, Penguin Island and Shoal Water. There are always local markets with food trucks ad local art and crafts to meander through. The famous Fremantle is 40 kilometres north, which is known for their Freo markets, Little Creatures, street entertainment, skate parks, bars and ports. I often go past the train station and when possible, offer transfers to and from the train station and the local beaches. I have divided my home to accommodate my guests’ privacy and comfort. If you require assistance or have any questions, please press the doorbell on the inner frosted glass panelled door, which separates the 2 areas. I can assist you to create an itinerary catered to your personal interests or offer transfers to local attractions, if needed. I also understand that some people want to relax in their own space, which is why the living spaces are divided. I work 3 days a week and offer transfers or excursions on the remaining days, if required. My guests have a private kitchenette however the main kitchen, dining area and outdoor BBQ area are available for guests on certain days and times or on request (pending availability). Guest access Guests have private access through the main entrance, which is fitted with security locks and a tri-lock security screen. Please ensure you lock both doors as you enter and exit the premises, especially when you are out and at nighttime. The front door is unlocked when the snib on the inside is horizontal. When the lock is vertical, the door is locked!! It will open from the inside but not the outside, so please ensure you have the key. I enter through the garage, so ask that you please park in the allocated parking space. The guest driveway is to the right of the front door and is long enough for 2 cars.
