The space The apartment is 85 square meters and is spread over one floor, each room is illuminated by its own window and comfortably accommodates 4 people, has a separate entrance with a garden, a large parking lot with a free parking space reserved for you inside the property and a free garage (bike room) equipped for your sports equipment and bicycles. At the entrance, you will find brochures and maps that can be useful for exploring our area. The kitchen is livable and functional, fully equipped to organize your moments of refreshment. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa for watching TV or reading, a desk for remote working, and a balcony with a table and chair. The double bedroom has a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers, from the balcony you can admire the colors at sunrise. The bedroom has two single beds for your children or friends, if necessary it can be transformed into a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. In the bathroom with the washing machine available, you will find soft towels, a hairdryer and a "bathroom" kit for a regenerating shower. Other things to note We are a stone's throw from the Campo dei Fiori regional nature park, a strategic location for visiting the 7 lakes that surround our area and not far from the "garden city" of Varese, which boasts 4 UNESCO sites, including the famous Sacro Monte, or reach the peaks of the Varese Prealps that border the Swiss territory. This is the ideal place for excursions, cycling tours, hiking, or simply relaxing. The Varese golf club (Luvinate), the Itelyum Arena basketball arena (Masnago) and the Varese Acinque Ice Arena are also easily accessible. In the immediate vicinity, there are: a grocery store with a small deli, a butcher, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, a tobacco bar and a tennis club, while a little further away, there are: supermarkets, McDonald's, and a small pastry shop.
