The Guest House with spa- Lake Rotorua

With breathtaking views, this guest house sits on the shores of Lake Rotorua. Set on 3/4 of an acre the garden is landscaped with native trees and flowers. The guest house is a separate building to the main house with it's own car parking space within the gated property. You have your own private spa that overlooks the lake. The Lakehouse is less than 10 minutes southwest of the heart of the city. Stays are a minimum of two nights however, on request, we will accept 1 night during the week. The space The guest house features three well-appointed rooms: Main Room: Includes a kitchenette, beds- king and double, and a comfortable lounge area. Bathroom: A private, modern space for your convenience. Pool Room: Adds a touch of luxury to your stay. It has a private spa pool with 180 degree views of the lake. Amenities: Kitchenette: Fully equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and plunger. Laundry: Access to a washing machine and dryer is available. Entertainment: Enjoy Netflix and Amazon Prime on the television, a built-in sound system, and free unlimited ultrafast fibre Wi-Fi. Comfort: The guest house includes a heat pump for year-round comfort. Outdoor Features: Relax in the stunning outdoor setting with plenty of seating and a BBQ for your use. The guest house is 8kms from Rotorua city centre (or approximately 10 mins drive) and 5kms from Redwood Treewalk and bike trails. Situated in Holdens Bay on the eastern side of Lake Rotorua (2kms (5 mins drive) from Rotorua airport). The neighbourhood is residential and peaceful, and away from Rotorua (Sulphur) unique smells. If there’s anything else you need, please don’t hesitate to ask. We also count infants and children as guests. Guest access You have your own private access and there is room for 5 cars within the gated driveway. Other things to note Please know, due to council regulations we do not have hot water in the kitchenette or bathroom sink. The shower is electric so you won't run out of hot water. For dishes , we boil the kettle. You are also able to use our full kitchen on request.
