A double garage and plenty of free street parking. Two full bathrooms, including one with a stand-up shower, double sinks, and a luxurious soaker tub, plus a half bathroom on the main floor. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker for your convenience. Three TVs (in the master bedroom, family room, and second bedroom) and free high-speed internet to keep you connected and entertained. Summer there is a patio at the deck with firepit for you and your family to enjoy . and of course with BBQ We look forward to hosting you and ensuring your stay is comfortable! Guest access The property features access to the main and upper floors, a fully enclosed backyard, and a double garage with a private entrance. Please note that this is a pet-friendly environment, and there are pets in the surrounding area. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited within the house. Other things to note 1. Should you require early check-in or late check-out, please submit a request; we will gladly accommodate your needs as best as possible. For reservations involving more than two pets, please contact us through Airbnb to confirm availability. 2 .Finally, to maintain the cleanliness of the property, please promptly remove all pet waste from the backyard; failure to do so will result in a $300 cleaning fee. 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.(no vapping ) 4. BBQ Use Reminder BBQ rules are clearly posted inside the house and next to the BBQ. Please make sure to follow all cleaning steps and usage instructions carefully. If the BBQ is not cleaned properly or not used as instructed, a $290 fine will apply — no exceptions.
