Grandview Apartment

Lovely totally private space only a 3 minute walk to Pymatuning lake in two directions. Located in the family friendly Grandview Allotment, everything you need to enjoy the lake is close by. The apartment, located on the bottom floor of my home features brand new everything! With two comfy queen beds, there is plenty of space for two couples. A living room, private bath with shower and kitchenette guarantee your enjoyment. Note: access to the apartment is through the upper floor of my home. The space The apartment is all on the lower floor of my home. It is completely private with a door at the top of the stairs. It is well insulated and quiet. Access requires entering the front door on the upper level of my home and walking about 5 steps to the door leading down to the apartment. I live alone with my dog and cat. The apartment is spacious and brand new including a bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette with all you need to prepare meals, living room and additional space for storage. Guest access Guests are welcome to share any public spaces in my home including my full kitchen upstairs if needed and my washer and dryer. Guests are also welcome to use all outdoor spaces including front porch with awning, back deck with dining table and gas grill, backyard with fire pit. When using shared spaces, I am happy to give you privacy if you wish. Guests may also have access to my two person kayak, bicycle and beach chairs. Other things to note I have a no pets policy because my dog Lydia, while loving all people, is not a fan of new dogs in her space. If you really must bring a well behaved dog and your stay is 3 days or less, contact me via Airbnb messenger and we will discuss a strategy for keeping the dogs apart during your stay.
