Welcome to our private guest house in Arlöv, ideally located between Malmö and Lund, with easy train access to Copenhagen. The stay includes two bedrooms with king-size beds, two bathrooms with showers, a kitchenette, dining area for four and free parking on the property. Bed linen and towels are included. The guest house includes two separate bedrooms connected by a small hallway. The green room features a king-size bed, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, portable hob, sink, kettle and coffee maker, as well as The Frame TV and a cozy armchair. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, its own private bathroom with shower, a tv, a dining table with four chairs, wardrobe storage and an additional fridge. Both rooms and both bathrooms are included in this listing, making the space ideal for couples, friends or families travelling together. Bed linen and towels are included. Guests also have access to our shared garden and outdoor dining area. Hot tub access may be available on request with advance notice. The property is conveniently located around 10 minutes by car from Malmö C and 15 minutes from Lund C, with good public transport connections and easy train access to Copenhagen. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire guest house, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchenette, dining area and the hallway connecting the two rooms. If you arrive by car, parking is available on the right-hand side of the driveway. The guest house is accessed through our garden, which is shared with us. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor dining area and seating. We live on the property, but we respect your privacy and generally keep to our own side of the garden during your stay. Hot tub access may be available if booked with us in advance. Other things to note Additional amenities are available on request, including a baby cot, high chair, washing machine, dryer, EV charger, ironing board, iron and steamer. Hot tub access may be available on request. Please let us know at least 2 days in advance so we have time to clean, prepare and heat it properly. In some cases, 1 day’s notice may be enough. Please note that the garden and outdoor dining area are shared with us, although we generally keep to our own side of the property when guests are staying.
