We are renting out a newly renovated 65 m² vacation home with panoramic views over 2 floors in 2024. Untouched nature, sunny south-facing location, right by the forest, for rent all year round! Instead of traffic noise, there is only birdsong :) The space Vacation home with panoramic views: "where nature is at home" Our stylishly renovated vacation home in 2024 is located in the middle of the Thuringian Forest, the “green heart of Germany.” Our vacation home lives up to its name: A panoramic view of the beautiful nature awaits you. You will look for street noise and hectic everyday stress in vain. Instead, you'll be woken up with birds chirping. The vacation home is directly adjacent to the forest and is a perfect starting point for hikes or bike tours on well-signposted trails. The Rennsteig, the oldest hiking trail in Germany, is right outside the door. Our vacation home is available for rent all year round, because every season has its charm: In spring the trees bloom and the birds chirp, in summer you can refresh yourself at the nearby mountain lakes. Autumn walks in the colorful foliage and mushroom picking are just as beautiful as snowy winter days, which you can spend cross-country skiing on groomed trails, snow tubing or a carriage ride. Enjoy the good Thuringian cuisine and end the day in our in-house barrel sauna. Whether active vacation or relaxation: everyone will find the right thing with us! The vacation home was completely renovated in 2024 and offers you modern furnishings for a maximum of 4 people. 65 m² of living space are spread over two floors: on the first floor there is a large living room with sofa bed and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchenette (stove, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, egg cooker), a daylight bathroom with shower and the large hallway. Upstairs is the double bedroom and another sleeping option as well as a balcony. Outside you will find rustic garden seating furniture, a large, well-kept lawn with sun loungers, garden pond and a barbecue area with fireplace. For our guests, we have built a barrel sauna, which can be heated for a fee of 25.00 euros. From a stay of 6 nights, a one-time sauna use is included. A car parking space is right by the house. Furry friends are welcome upon request. A fenced area is available if needed. We look forward to hearing from you!
