This family friendly home is the perfect place to find the comforts of home during your intermediate to long term stay. This brand new two story house includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bath with outside patio area. Bonus Loft Area with workstation and TV. Additional workstation in dining room. Fully equipped kitchen. Access to a community pool, jacuzzi, and playground. Kids Room w/ bunk bed and toys. Bedding for 8 - 1 king, 2 queen, & 1 twin bunk bed. Good Wifi. Two car garage. Other things to note Before booking, guests should know the following: * NO PETS ALLOWED. This will result in termination of your stay and an $750 extra cleaning fee with no refunds. *NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine plus additional cleaning fees to remove all traces of smoke. Please smoke outside and dispose of properly. *Parking/Pool Access: This home offers free street parking. A pool pod is needed to gain access to the pool area and a garage remote is needed to use the two car attached garage. A REFUNDABLE $100 fee is required to use the pool pod and garage remote. Pool Pod and Garage Remote will ONLY BE SUPPLIED upon 72 hour advance request from check in date. Fee will be refunded once pool pod and garage remote is returned. *Stairs: This home has three bedrooms upstairs as well as two bathrooms with tubs also upstairs. Downstairs there is one bedroom and one bathroom with shower, toilet, & sink only. Guests with mobility issues should consider that stairs are required to access 3 of the bedrooms, 2 of the bathrooms and the loft area which are all on the 2nd floor. *Check-in/Check-out: Self-check-in is available with a keypad. Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. *Wi-Fi & Workspaces: We have good Wifi and two workstations ( one downstairs in the dining room area and one upstairs in the loft area )
