We have easy freeway access to 101 and Calabasas. The space This is a private Queen Bedroom with an attached bathroom with hillside views while I am hosting/cohosting in the home. The two level home has contemporary architecture with vaulted ceilings, large windows and light filled rooms. The decor is contemporary, eclectic with beach inspiration. There is another bedroom upstairs on the opposite, back facing side Our neighborhood is very quiet and with plenty of parking and you will feel very safe. This is a room rental and not an entire house rental so please expect others to be sharing the spacious 1850 sf house. Amenities Include: 2 Double Size Mattress Shared bath with one room Luxury Linens and Towels Desk 32" Samsung TV Soaking Tub with Shower Free Internet Free Parking Free Laundry Use of Beach Towels and Chairs Kitchen Use Professional Cleaning Guest access Guests are welcome to prepare breakfast to kick off their day. Please schedule in advance if you plan to prepare dinners. The backyard is available for lounging or grilling. During your stay I am normally around to greet guests or will leave a key for you in a lockbox. You are welcome to contact me for any information before or during your stay. If there is something extra you need and I may have overlooked, please feel free to let me know. I also have a professional cleaning company on hand if you need extra or daily services for an extra fee. Please be low key, gracious and courteous as this is a stress free environment! Other things to note Pets are allowed with a $10 per night pet fee. I have a small cavapoo doggie that is very friendly to everyone so please be pet friendly or warn me if you prefer not to be jumped on. Please absolutely no smoking in the home as others may be allergic and it is very difficult to remedy nicotine smoke damage. Most of the local beach communities are not in support of Air BnB visitors, so please dont bring it up to neighbors or workers. You are a private guest. No late check ins past 9 pm. Please turn in your keys the night before departure or lost key charge is $25.
