The space Living & dining areas The house is centred around a large kitchen and dining space with seating for the whole group, making it easy to cook, eat and spend time together in one place. Double ovens, generous workspace and plenty of crockery mean catering for 14 is straightforward. There is a separate lounge for relaxing, along with a games room with pool table. A dedicated cinema room provides an additional space to unwind, giving the group flexibility to spread out across different areas of the house. Bedrooms Highview Grange sleeps up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms. All bedrooms can be configured as either doubles or twins, allowing the layout to be arranged to suit your group before arrival. This flexibility works well for a mix of couples, friends or family members sharing. The rooms are designed to be comfortable and practical for group stays, offering both shared space and privacy when needed. Bathrooms Bathrooms are well distributed across the house, helping things run smoothly for a full group. There is a mix of en suite and shared bathrooms, providing flexibility and reducing bottlenecks during busy times of day. Outside space The house opens onto countryside views, with outdoor seating for relaxing or dining in warmer months. A private hot tub (available as an optional extra) provides a place to unwind at the end of the day. The surrounding space is open and peaceful, making it easy to slow down and enjoy the setting. Guest access Highview Grange is one of six properties at Standlow Farm, but it is a completely self-contained house with its own private entrance. Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and the kitchen/dining space. To the rear, there is a private garden area with hot tub (available for an additional charge) and outdoor seating. This space opens onto a larger shared area used by the other cottages on site. Guests also have access to the shared games barn. Other things to note Dog Fees are £30 per dog per stay. Hot Tub Fees are £100 per stay (described as a Resort Fee)
