The space Mighty Fins Retreat by Tiny Away is situated in the serene Escazeaux area of Southern Frances' Occitanie region, just an hour's drive from Toulouse. Nestled at the edge of a garden, it lies between a natural embankment and the swimming pool on level ground. This 252-square-foot tiny home offers a peaceful retreat, surrounded by scenic landscapes. It includes convenient access to water, a split air-conditioning system, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers). If you plan to spend your tiny house France getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities like food and water during your stay with us. Thank you! IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be a second tiny house that sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny house and the swimming pool (when in season). However, please note that the pool is not fenced, so it is the guests' responsibility to supervise children or infants at all times. Other things to note - No breakfast available - Pets are allowed by prior notice - Basic charcoal or wood is available at additional cost - Wood or Charcoal BBQ grill is available - Mobile phone reception has a weak signal - Purchased bottles from local supermarkets - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No smoking allowed on property - WiFi is available - Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet's droppings - Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests - Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival - We have cats and chickens so only cat/chicken friendly dogs/animals allowed. At responsibility of guest to uphold. - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. Safety guidelines - We would like to emphasize that if you plan to bring children, ADULT SUPERVISION is strictly advised to ensure their safety. Important note: - Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly - Due to the tiny home's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
