Optionally, a 60 m2 room allows you to organize your receptions, courses, seminars or rehearsals. Quiet village in the heart of the forest, 5 min from the Epinal-Nancy highway. Shops 8 km away. The space The gîte de la Verrière is built around the veranda which is the heart of the house. This allows access to the kitchen, the staircase that leads to the upstairs bedrooms, the terrace and the common room. The terrace is partially sheltered by a pergola. By also booking the adjoining Reine gîte, you can accommodate 20 people and even 32 people by renting the Pilan gîte, which is 50 meters away. Guest access The entire gîte of about 300 m2, the terrace and the garden consisting of a large lawn. The garden is enclosed by walls or fencing. Other things to note You can bring your sheets or rent them on site at a rate of €12 for a double bed and €8 for 1 single bed. Consumables (dishwasher tablets, household products, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.), must be brought by you Baby equipment on site: highchair, bathtub, changing table, crib, potty, plastic dishes The use of the common room is an option to be paid on site at the rate of €100 on weekends of 2 nights, €150 on weekends of 3 nights and €250 on weekdays. The gas consumption of the house is at your expense Relaxation room accessible by sessions of 1.30 h according to availability, regulations (drought crisis) and acceptance of the house rules that will be sent to you upon request. Rates: - swimming pool open from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. in June, July, August, free access on request. - Spa or sauna: €10 per person per activity, in private session from 4 paying people minimum and 8 people maximum, users must choose a similar activity. - Free for children under 12 years old bathing with their parents. Eco-citizen gîte, you will be asked to sort waste. Condition of the premises on arrival and departure, the gîte must be left clean and tidy as on your arrival. End-of-stay cleaning fee of €120 for the gîte excluding cleaning of household appliances (surcharge of €40), and €30 for the common room. A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival, and will be returned to you upon departure after payment of charges and options not included in the price already paid on the platform (gas consumption, possibly rental of sheets, end-of-stay cleaning, spa, etc.) The photos of the decorative elements, furniture and textiles are not contractual, we change these elements according to needs, seasons and events. The vacation rental is located in a hamlet and the regulations relating to noise outside apply, so tenants must not make noise outside at night, especially after 10 p.m. Evenings indoors and with windows closed are allowed. Pets allowed provided they do not frequent the rooms and are not left alone in the house and with a supplement of €5 per night per animal or €20 per week. Increase of the cleaning fee of €40 in case of the presence of animals.
