The space ✨Welcome to La Maison des Tilleuls, a warm 100 m² house nestled in a peaceful environment, perfect for a stay with family or friends. ✨ Located near the city center of L'Aigle, this 100 m² residence is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests (5 adults and 3 children). ⭐ Bedroom With 3 comfortable bedrooms upstairs including two double bedrooms, one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. A pull-out bed under the bunk bed. On request, cot, high chair for baby. Comfortable bedding for restful nights. ⭐Fully equipped kitchen With electric oven, hobs, microwave, filter coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen utensils, wine glasses. You can cook just like at home. ⭐Dining area In the dining room, a table for 8 people with chairs and functional fireplace (first logs of wood provided) ⭐ The Salon A living room with HD TV (local TNT channels), non-convertible sofa, a piano for music lovers and a library for young and old. **** Please note that the fireplace in the living room is not functional. Do not make a fire. ⭐ Bathroom A bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor. Towel rail (please turn it off after use). We offer shower gel, shampoo and hand gel. ⭐ 3 HD TVs with local DTT channels (one in the dining room, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom) and access to Netflix in the living room (we do not provide the account) ⭐ Large Garden A large enclosed garden, quiet and without overlooking neighbours, with garden furniture, barbecue (charcoal not provided), and activities for children such as a swing, and for older children, a petanque court (we provide a set of 3 balls) ⭐ Heated indoor swimming pool from mid-April to the end of September, maintained at 28°C for unforgettable moments of relaxation. *****Swimming pool unavailable outside the summer period. ⭐Practical Information: ✔️ Self check-in: Enjoy free entry thanks to a key box, available from 4 p.m. ✔️ Electric heating in winter. To ensure the peace and quiet of local residents, parties and evening gatherings are strictly prohibited. ✔️ Quiet hours must be observed from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. During this time slot, we kindly ask you to: In the pool area: please avoid shouting, screaming, singing and any noise nuisance. Outside the house: do not play music and keep noisy conversations to a minimum. During the summer, be particularly mindful of noise levels, especially around the pool and outdoor spaces. In the event of a complaint from the neighbourhood about noise nuisance, and if this is confirmed or requires action on our part, a fixed penalty of €100 will be charged to the person who made the booking. Any repeated breach may also result in the early termination of the stay, without a refund. You can still come by Taxi from Gare de L'Aigle (Ligne Paris). → THE LITTLE EXTRAS: You will have access to the private covered and heated swimming pool from May to the end of September, the barbecue, the bocce court, the children's games. You will have free and private parking space in the property. → BE CAREFUL with the management of household waste: In Normandy, waste sorting is mandatory. To make your stay easier, we provide grey/white bags for household waste only. Recyclable packaging (plastic, cardboard, metal), glass and other recyclable waste must not be placed in these bags. Please use the sorting containers provided for this purpose, the location of which is indicated on the poster in the accommodation. Please do not use black rubbish bags in the accommodation. If you are leaving on a day other than Tuesday, please leave your bag in the garage. In the event of non-compliance with the sorting instructions (in particular if recyclable packaging is mixed with household waste), we will be obliged to make an additional trip to the recycling centre.
