Guest access Access all areas however there is a fee for extra guests using the spare bedroom. 1 bedroom will be made available for up to 2 guests. The double bed in the smaller bedroom is not to be used unless booked for minimum 3 guests. ie if 2 people are coming and wish to use the second bedroom we ask that you book for 3 people Other things to note Please be respectful of other tenants in the building by keeping noise to a minimum particularly if sitting outside. Note: Price is for one bedroom (i.e. up to 2 guests sharing the same bed). Additional guests (i.e. to rent out the other bedroom is $40 per night per guest).
