2 Prospect House is a beautiful 2 bedroom New England style ground floor apartment in an award winning development perched in an outstanding position on the cliffs above Start Bay. The front terrace and communal gardens really showcase the amazing sea views and dramatic coastline reaching from Start Point to the mouth of the River Dart. A truly stunning location to relax and enjoy sunrise with a coffee on the front terrace gazing over Start Bay and out towards the lighthouse. The space Accommodation Communal front door leads into hall: Front door leads into living area, 2, two seater sofas, TV and DVD, table and seating for 4, doors to front terrace and sea views. Kitchen area with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, electric oven, hob, Nespresso machine. Master bedroom with 4’6’’ double bed, drawers, inset wardrobe, doors to rear terrace, countryside views, underbed storage for clothes. En suite shower room with WC, basin and shower cubicle. Twin bedroom with doors to rear terrace, underbed storage for clothes, twin 3 ft beds (can be hooked together), countryside views, hooks and hangers on the wall. Family bathroom with bath with shower over, WC, basin. Outside Front terrace with table and seating for 4, 2 relaxing chairs, spectacular views. Gate to front of the building Rear terrace: large terrace, table and seating for 4, views over the countryside, garden and pool behind. Communal areas: Heated outdoor pool (Available between 1st of May and mid-end of September), full size tennis court, Large communal gardens at the front with a dining area and benches to take in the sea views. Parking Allocated parking for one car. An additional car can be parked in the small car park near Prospect House for £3 a day. Other things to note Additional Included: Bed linen, towels. All properties are private or permanent homes so please be respectful of other residents. Local Facilities: Beaches-Hallsands five minute walk over the cliff path, Mattiscombe Sands (sandy), 20-30 minutes walk along the coastal path. Lannacombe Sands (sandy), 10 minutes drive. Pub, The Cricket Inn at Beesands, 3.5 miles. Britannia@thebeach at Beesands, 3.5mile, or a thirty minute cliff walk. Farm shop/cafe in Stokenham, 4 miles. The Millbrook Inn, South Pool, 4 miles, Bear and Blacksmith pub, Chillington, 4 miles. Ashby Superstores with well stocked shop, leisure store and fuel 6 miles. Kingsbridge with all facilities, 8.5 miles.
