Whether you're enjoying the sun on the roof terrace or spending your time in the studio with an open large entrance door at the dining table, if you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The space The studio is furnished with love, taste and practicality. Bed linen, towels and a fully equipped kitchen are provided. On the roof terrace there is the possibility to sit down, use the sun loungers or dry the laundry in the sun. A washing machine is in a chamber on the roof terrace. There is a double bed available, if you need more sleeping places, the sofa can easily be changed into a double bed. Your key is ready for you in a key safe on the day of arrival. The staircase leads to the roof terrace, which is divided for the individual apartments of the house. The studio includes the roof terrace with the number 1. There is a table with two chairs and sun loungers. Other things to note - Please always close the stairwell door after entering or leaving the house. - Unfortunately, no pets are allowed - The studio is a non-smoking apartment (you can smoke on the roof terrace if you want) - Since La Listada is a normal residential area and our neighbors have to work during the week, we would like to ask you to take this into consideration and to keep the night quiet.
