Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Südbrookmerland, this vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing time by the sea. Whether relaxing hours on the beach, walks along the coast or cozy evenings in the cabin – here you will feel the happiness of the North Sea in every second. The space Welcome to the “coastal happiness”! Our cozy accommodation can accommodate couples and small families. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed. The bedroom also offers space for an extra bed or cot. Please let us know shortly before arrival so we can provide this to you. A small, cute kitchen invites you to cook together, and the bathroom is modern and practical. Your four-legged friend is also welcome to stay with us. The large fenced property offers your four-legged friend a lot of exercise. Guest access At the entrance there is a key box. There you enter the code sent and remove the keys. Other things to note For more information, there is a small folder in the house with information about the house as well as the large sea. Important information from 2026! Note on visitor's tax / accommodation tax The municipality of Südbrookmerland levies an overnight tax (tourist tax) of 3% of the overnight price. This tax is required by law and therefore not included in the nightly rate. The calculation is based on the pure overnight price after deduction of the fees of the respective booking portal. Of course, we will duly and completely transfer the corresponding amount to the Samtgemeinde Südbrookmerland. It is important to us that everything remains transparent and comprehensible for you.
