Amenities includes TV's w/ Apple TV, High Speed Internet, and Outdoor Living! The space Merely 10 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to Ojai and 10 minutes to Casitas Lake from this amazing secluded 1/2 acre compound on a breezy hill top. Enjoy unobstructed views from flower gardens and private shared hot tub area. Peaceful setting with fountain in garden, fire-pit, and enclosed yard with artificial grass (due to drought). Outdoor spaces include private patio with bar-bque and wicker table set and chaise and sun umbrellas. The shaded Hot Tub patio allows for star gazing at night with mountain views and comfortable seating including Teak table and chairs with umbrellas, chaise lounge and Hot Tub that is treated lightly with Bromine, a healthy alternative. Flowers and Trees and Gardens, all around! The property has designated off street parking. Guest access Guests have access to all outdoor spaces which include the enclosed yard and patios described above. Since the property is a compound, I may be around , gardening or doing projects, when I'm not working, however Guests feel very at home and enjoy their privacy and quiet. The Cottage has it's own private patio with access from the kitchen. The firepit patio is in the enclosed yard area. Other things to note PROPERTY ONLY AVAILABLE "LONG TERM" FOR 30 DAYS OR MORE DUE TO COUNTY REGULATIONS. Eco friendly property with water conservation a focus *(due to drought and planetary awareness) and healthy cleaning products. Gardens are organic with no spray. Hot tub is light on Bromine. Doing our part to the best of our ability. There is a cat on the property who is a good mouser and he lives with me and is restricted from the Cottage. He is liked by all! Nearby Ojai and Ventura both have great Farmer's Markets, shops and restaurants. Ojai has terrific hiking trails and excellent wine tasting. Ventura has wonderful beaches and many attractions and events as does close by Santa Barbara (45 minutes by car). Also a very fun place to visit and spend the day. Very scenic areas surround us with many attractions to visit.
