Perfectly located directly across from Calypso's Cove and Water Safari, the largest water park in NY, there’s endless fun for all ages. Enjoy the serenity- hot tub and private beach along with convenience of a short walk to town! With 7 beds, a backup generator, and just a short walk to town, you'll enjoy both adventure and convenience. Ideal for families or groups seeking year-round excitement in the Adirondacks! The space Bedroom & Living Room Descriptions: Primary Bedroom (First Floor): Features a luxurious king bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Conveniently located near the main living areas. Bunk Room (First Floor): Cozy and fun, this room includes a bunk bed, ideal for kids or additional guests. Living Room (First Floor): A central gathering space with a full bar, a 55-inch TV, and a huge leather sectional with recliners, perfect for unwinding or entertaining. Includes a pull-out couch for extra sleeping space. Second Floor Bedroom 1: Offers a spacious California king bed and a futon, making it perfect for families or groups. Second Floor Bedroom 2: Features a full bed, providing a peaceful and private space for restful nights. Outside theres a large front yard with large deck in the front and smaller deck in the back. The fire pit area is secluded and private for roasting s'mores and catching up with old friends. Theres also a 6 person hot tub near there too. Guest access The space House is situated on a half acre of land with lake/ pond views from the second story. This is a small quiet community in a patch of woods with a few neighbors and tons of deer, ducks, chipmunks and more. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home home, the yard, and the garage. We ask you be respectful of our toys and belongings in the garage as we wanted to leave the space available to renters for convenience. Other things to note Linens are not included. If you need linens we can provide at an additional cost of $15.00 per person.The boat slip is available for an additional fee of $50/ day or $300 for the week.
