Description
Situated in a quiet village in South Lincolnshire, surrounded by fields and farm land. A peaceful spot to unwind and a great base to explore the local area. Ideal location for all that Lincolnshire has to offer - easy access to the East coast and only 40 minutes drive from Lincoln City Centre and 20 minutes from the Lincolnshire Wolds. With its own private entrance, the property comprises a double bedroom, living/dining room, kitchen & en-suite shower room. Recently refurbished in 2025. The space The Bolthole annexe is attached to our family home, a traditional 19th century farmhouse. There is ample parking outside the front of the annexe on our long driveway. To the back of the house are views over the surrounding fields and farm land. The annexe entrance is accessed from the driveway. You'll enter the property directly into a small entrance with coat hooks leading into the kitchen. The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware as well as a large fridge freezer, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. In the living/dining area there is a wooden farmhouse table to sit around and plan your daily adventures, as well as a comfy sofa and tv unit complete with many card and board games. The living room has stunning double aspect views of the surrounding farm land and patio doors leading onto your own private decking area. The main bedroom has a super king bed which can be made into two singles on request, a double wardrobe and entrance to the Jack and Jill en-suite. The en-suite contains an electric shower which ensures hot water on demand. A travel cot is available on request free of charge, please let us know if this is required. Guest access Private entrance and accommodation with your own decking and garden area to enjoy when the weather allows. Other things to note We are situated a stones throw from the River Glen where the local angling club have fishing pegs that can be accessed on a day pass - please ask if you would like to do this and we can put you in touch with the club.
