Welcome to our newly renovated and cozy studio apartment, perfect for those who want a practical and comfortable home. The apartment is close to Bærum Hospital, with easy access to public transport, shops and other facilities. This charming apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine, and heating cables throughout the apartment for extra comfort. The apartment is best suited for one person or a couple, possibly with a child (possibility of a travel bed). Welcome!! The space The studio apartment is located in a cozy extension to the main house and has a covered porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee regardless of the weather. The entire building is newly renovated and insulated, which ensures a comfortable and modern experience. Right in front of the porch you will find a small, idyllic garden spot that is at your disposal. In the summer months, you can enjoy outdoor furniture and a barbecue that is ready to create memorable evenings outdoors. Guest access In addition to the studio apartment and the cozy, covered porch, you can also take advantage of the lush garden on the front of the house – perfect for a relaxing time outdoors. There is a private parking space on the driveway, with the possibility of charging an electric car by agreement with the host. If you need extra storage space, the bicycle shed is also available if needed. Other things to note In the studio apartment there is a technical room that is locked and only accessible to the host. Should it be necessary to use the room, this will always be agreed in advance with the guests to ensure a smooth and respectful solution. In the apartment there is a small safe (in the dresser): 🔐 Programming and use of the safe: - Factory-set code: The safe comes with a preset code: 1212#. This code can be used to open the safe for the first time. - Setting a new code: Open the door and remove the battery cover on the inside – the red button can be found behind the cover. Press the button, enter the desired code (3–8 digits) and confirm with #. Two beeps and a yellow light confirm that the code has been saved. - Open the safe: Enter your saved code and press #. If the code is correct, the light turns green and the door can be opened by turning the handle. In case of incorrect code: wait 20 seconds before retrying. After three failed attempts, wait approx. 5 minutes. - Problems with opening: If you have forgotten the code or cannot open the safe, you must contact the landlord for assistance and opening.
