EXTRA CHARGES Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $750 charge for extra cleaning entailed. Unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $150+ charge. Any evidence of parties or gatherings inside the house will be subject to a $1000 fee, plus any costs for damages caused by the unauthorized event/gathering. A $200 fee for the loss or damage of remotes to the TVs or any other amenity equipment.
