Situated in the quiet area of the development - a car is recommended The space The Villa is detached with a pool with 4 sun-beds and sun all day .. 2 verandas for relaxing and eating area outside with BBQ Inside has 1 large lounge with downstairs shower room, and large kitchen Upstairs has 2 double bedrooms with double beds and room for a folding bed for extra guest (child) Roof terrace has seating area and sun-beds for relaxing This is my holiday home so fully equipped kitchen .. We have a lovely cat who has befriended the villa so you will see her around, her name is Lilly ... and needs a little bit of food putting out daily 🐈 The villa would not be suitable if your not cat friendly I do not allow groups of under 25years boys or girls Please be reminded there is an environmental tax of €15 euros per day required by law to pay in resort so this will be left in Euros at the end of each rental in the Villa to be left at the end of stay Villa has steps and open pool area so need to be vigilant with young children ... safety gates are provided if required .. pleas ask Registration Details 00003171216
