Our little haven of peace is nestled on the mountainside in the heart of nature, in a small hamlet of Chautagne in Savoy. Its large private terrace is perfect for enjoying al fresco dining. Its interior comfort with a warm decor, a bright living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sleeping area and a pleasant shower room. It's a perfect place for a couples getaway, and ideal for lovers of hiking, cycling and serenity. The space This pretty maisonette, newly renovated, has an area of 35 m2 with an open kitchen on the living room and a sleeping area. A large private terrace perfect for enjoying al fresco dining or admiring the sunsets. A closed shelter is available for your bikes. The house is located in a hamlet and on the edge of a very quiet country road. Only one parking space is available and can accommodate a maximum of one van. You will find hiking trails a few meters from the house. The ViaRhona is 6 km away and local shops and restaurants are within 10 minutes. Trees and flowers surround the house, fauna and flora are present from spring until November. Guest access The land is arranged on 2 levels: On the first level, you have direct access to the accommodation and its terrace. On the lower level, you can access the garden and its shelter. You will also find a small swimming pool, but it is not accessible to the public due to its vesture. The only parking space is located by the road (parking in the hamlet is very controlled). The configuration of the accommodation and garden is not favorable for people with reduced mobility.
