"Tempo Doeloe" peace and coziness in the city center

Thempo Doeloe "good old days". Welcome to our wonderfully spacious and quiet apartment in colonial atmosphere with simple "do it yourself" breakfast included, except for long-stay with discount. The sunny spacious accommodation tastefully furnished is located right in the center of historic Roermond. It has a nice spacious bed and a spacious living room with dining table and sofa bed, a kitchenette (fully equipped) and modern bathroom. You will feel at home and relaxed. Long stay negotiable. The space Indian Colonial interior (based on my colonial family) mixed with modern convenience in a stately city building. Modern sterile bathroom and the living room with 4 beautiful windows on the street side, in the kitchenette and one in the bedroom also a window, so lots of light. The bed is very nice according to our guests. There is an option for a third person on the luxury sofa bed (use of the sofa bed with 2 people occupancy costs 25 euros extra). In connection with the energy and environmental crisis, we use the government guidelines when heating the apartment. The thermostat during the day at 19 degrees and between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. at 17 degrees. There is an air conditioner that you can operate yourself, preferably with the same conditions. Guest access Guests enter through the entrance of the living area, take the stairs to the cozy common hall and then the second stairs to their private apartment. Other things to note We are careful with our stuff, so we hope our guests are too. and the bathroom is for your private use. Parties are absolutely not allowed, and visitors are welcome in consultation. Smoking is also not allowed, and cannabis or drug use is prohibited in and around the house (we will recover cleaning and cancellation costs from you via Airbnb). In connection with the energy and environmental crisis, we use the guidelines of the government when heating the apartment. The thermostat is at 19 degrees during the day and at 15 degrees between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
