Spacious and quiet, they provide access to a courtyard and a large 1800 m2 garden. Parking is available in the courtyard. There is a dedicated bathroom and toilet for both bedrooms. The village of Charantonnay is 20 minutes from Bourgoin, 20 minutes from Vienna, 45 minutes from Lyon, 1 hour from Grenoble, 25 minutes from St Exupéry airport. The space The property consists of a large courtyard with 6 parking spaces. The 180 m2 house is adjacent to a 360 m2 barn, with a large 1800 m2 garden. A covered courtyard with a large terrace gives access to a swimming pool, accessible only in summer. The barn has a 100 m2 garage, a 45 m2 studio and a large 200 m2 storage space. The house has a ground floor with a 10 m2 hallway, a 30 m2 kitchen, a 20 m2 living room, a 3 m2 toilet, an 8 m2 laundry room, a 5 m2 boiler room and a 10 m2 office. Only the kitchen is accessible to guests on the ground floor. An old staircase gives access to a floor with 2 bedrooms of 12 m2 that are rented. Guests have access to an 8 m2 bathroom and a 2 m2 toilet. A 10 m2 office and a 25 m2 master bedroom are not accessible to guests. It is possible to rent a single room or both rooms, which can accommodate between 1 and 4 people. We also have a studio for rent that can accommodate between 1 and 4 more people. Guest access The closed and secure courtyard is accessible for guests to park their vehicle. The pool can be accessible to guests in summer only and upon request. The barn is not accessible to guests. In the house, on the ground floor, a 30 m2 kitchen is accessible to be used, in particular to store personal belongings in the refrigerator, or to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The living room, toilet, laundry room, boiler room and office are not accessible to guests. Upstairs, the 2 bedrooms, the 8 m2 bathroom and the 2 m2 toilet are accessible to guests.
