We will service the pool, check electrical systems, and care for the plants during this time. We will always coordinate the cleaning schedule with you in advance. 2. Responsibility for Valuables: We are not responsible for any personal or valuable items. Please be vigilant and take precautions to keep your belongings safe. 3. Scope of Services: We are delighted to provide you with our villa and ensure its upkeep and amenities. However, please note that we do not offer concierge services. We kindly ask for your understanding in cases where your requests fall outside the scope of our services. 4. Care for Villa Property: Please treat the villa's belongings, including dishes, towels, and appliances, with care. These items are maintained to ensure your comfortable stay. If anything is accidentally damaged, please inform us and note that the damage fee will be applied. 5. Turn Off Appliances when Leaving: We do our best to care for the environment. We kindly ask you to turn off all appliances, air conditioners, water, and lights whenever you leave the villa. This is an important rule to ensure the safe and efficient use of the villa’s equipment during your stay. Your cooperation helps us maintain the villa in the best possible condition for everyone.
