Riad Xana is a private 80 m² riad in the heart of the Kasbah, in the Marrakesh medina, ideal for up to 6 guests. The space Combining modern comfort and Moroccan craftsmanship, this small, bright riad blends vintage furniture, ethnic touches, traditional zellij tiles, carved wood, and patterned textiles. Its cozy spaces include a welcoming Beldi living room, dining room, and open-plan kitchen. Distribution: • Ground floor: living/dining room, open-plan kitchen and guest toilet. • First floor: 2 bedrooms with bathroom. • Second floor: 1 bedroom with bathroom and sink. For your comfort: • 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, with reversible air conditioning/heating and en-suite bathrooms. • Fiber Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, and TV. • Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and kettle. • Washer • Sun terrace with deck chairs and a small private pool measuring 1.20 m x 1.20 m, accessible 24 hours a day, year-round. Moroccan breakfast is offered each morning. A housekeeper provides daily cleaning and maintenance of the bedrooms and bathrooms. His usual hours are 8 AM to 3 PM and may vary according to your needs and the breakfast schedule. ⚠️ The housekeeper is not responsible for storing any significant mess left by guests. Thank you for respecting their work and maintaining respectful behavior 🤝 ------------------------------------------------- Upon arrival, you will find 2 rolls of toilet paper per room, 2 small bottles of water in each room, and shower gel. Bed linen and towels are provided; for stays longer than 7 nights, they are changed mid-stay. 💦The pool is not heated 💦 Maintenance usually takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays between 4pm and 7pm; the days or times may exceptionally vary depending on needs or the weather. Lunches or dinners (starter, main course, dessert) can be prepared by the housekeeper for 250 MAD per adult and 120 MAD per child. The full-board package (lunch and dinner) is offered at 450 DH per person per day. Custom excursions in Marrakech and its surroundings can also be arranged. Pets are allowed. Unmarried MOROCCAN couples cannot rent the accommodation. It is strictly forbidden to accommodate prostitutes in the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance, guests will be fully responsible for their actions before the Moroccan authorities and will have to bear all the consequences, including criminal sanctions, fines or convictions. You are 3 minutes from the Saadian Tombs, a 5-minute walk from Place des Ferblantiers, and 20 minutes from the famous Jemaa El Fnaa square, souks, and the main must-see sites of the medina.
