The unit is on the third floor and accessible by elevator. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo and property amenities. Other things to note The loveseat lays flat into a full-size bed. It does not have a separate mattress, but there are sheets, blankets, and pillows available. It is perfect for kids, but may be less comfortable for adults. ** There is a locked mailbox for the unit that we can open if you need to receive mail. Packages that do not fit into the mail slot are left in the lobby for pickup. Ship items at your own risk! ** ** There is a strict HOA policy of no smoking in any part of the building. Violators will be fined! **
