The space The property is described as a kubo type house with a bedroom with one twin bed and one bathroom. The property is located at Sitio Capala, Brgy. Laylay, Boac Marinduque near the Old Laylay Fishing port. We are offering a smaller guest hut perfect for three people. The room has a twin bed and an extra foam bed for a third guest. The bathroom and shower area is an open-roof. It is fully furnished and equipped for light housekeeping. The following amenities like Pillow and Blankets, Face and Body Towels are provided. This an airconditioned bed-room. The property is a pet-friendly space. The guest must inform the owner with the type and number of pets that will reside with them in the property. Pets must be up to date with vaccinations and free of any communicable infections, Well-groomed and house-trained. Guest have access to the beach during their stay and While we guarantee a safe beach, we ask that you supervise your children and non-swimmers closely. We hope our Casita will be a great place for you to enjoy your vacation and Marinduque offers a lot of great beaches that guests can visit during their stay. Note: Current Construction is on going within the property as we hope to expand and offer new facilities thus we cannot guarantee a very quiet stay. We still accept guest for our casita, the construction is a few meters away from the staycation house. Guest access Feel free to lounge and be merry with your friends and family on the bahay-kubo beside the Casita. You also have access on the beach front.
