Side dock has chairs and fire pit. Peaceful with neighbors only on one side. Great fishing. Guests will have full access to house and laundry area. No more than 3 cars please. Room for boat trailer. Boats are welcome but you have to tie up to docks. Boat lifts are unavailable to guests. Available to guests via email or text throughout stay. On site maintenance man. House is located just 5 miles from Welaka's Shrimp R'Us, fisheries, Mud Springs and Georgetown. Everyone calls this the best lot on the river. The views are amazing! Shrimp run in August and September and you can catch them right off the dock. The house is cozy and has lots of extras for our guests. Jacksonville airport 90 minutes to the north. Orlando airport 90 minutes to the south. Daytona airport 60 minutes to the southeast. Guest have use of canoe, paddles and life jackets for leisure paddles down the river. There's a shed full of outdoor games, floats, water skiis and more.
