We are a beachfront guesthouse to give you a true natural experience. A place to find peace and connect with nature. Wake up to the soothing sound of the waves, watching the sunrise and grab your surfboard. We have our own access to the beach. We offer amazing breakfasts and give you information about some great walks through lakes, forests and beaches. We are a family run place that want to make you feel at home far away from home! The space We are a Dutch-Uruguayan couple who love to share with others and welcome this beautiful place! Our house is on the front row of the sea. It was built by a family with a lot of love and dedication as their home to escape the city. An endless beach where you feel like time has stopped. You leave your room with your feet directly in the sand. We are 2 km from the center of La Coronilla where you will find shops and a craft walk. We offer full breakfasts for 450 Uruguayan pesos (10 USD per person). Hours 08:30-10:30 am. They can walk along the beach and visit Karumbe, the sea turtle rehabilitation centre. The iconic Suspension Bridge is 5 minutes away from Karumbe. Santa Teresa National Park and El Cerro Verde are 14 km from our house. Highly recommended for visiting natural places. They can also visit the border with Brazil and do tax free shopping in Chuy. We have 3 pets that are part of our family. They are part of the experience! Dogs welcome additional cost 500 Uruguayan pesos per day. Our living and kitchen is shared, then each guest has the key to their room with their private entrance. All rooms have a fridge, fan, blankets, sheets and towels. Is there a dryer, asks the hostess. Fireplace in front of the sea under the stars Locally made raw wool is also sold. Kayak rides, horse back riding on the beach, and much more. There are plenty of activities to explore in the area! This is the ideal place to disconnect from the city and experience a natural experience! An incredible peace...
