The space Accommodation in a former Post Office With an area of 200 m², this residence can accommodate up to 10 guests and consists of the following: Cozy living space with fireplace overlooking the garden, very large fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms including a master suite with adjoining shower room, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. The Space: Ground floor living area: - Large and beautiful living room of 40 m², bright thanks to its south-facing exposure, furnished with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, hammock and coffee table arranged around a functional fireplace. - Billiard room with small living room in exposed stone. - Modern 60 m² kitchen fully equipped with: wooden dining table, 10 chairs, dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery. Access to a north-facing terrace, shaded for lunch. - Laundry room with washing machine and toilet. Sleeping area on the 1st floor: - South-facing master suite with double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The room opens onto a 25 m² furnished balcony with two chairs and a table. - Rustic south-facing bedroom of 25 m² with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) - North-facing coral room of 25 m² furnished with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a bunk bed. - Sun room with two single beds. - Bathroom with bathtub. - Separate WC. Exteriors: North side: A spacious terrace, carefully positioned to the north, offering a cool and shaded refuge even in the middle of summer days. South side: 400 m² wooded garden, enclosed, secure, carefully furnished with garden furniture and hammocks inviting moments of relaxation under majestic trees. Not to mention the barbecue area that will enhance your friendly evenings outdoors. Private parking space in the courtyard of the gîte without sacrificing the charm of its entrance. Guest access The entire property is at your disposal. Other things to note - The accommodation is not equipped with Wi-Fi. 4G works very well. - Linens provided. Remember to bring your towels. - The fireplace is functional, wood is provided. - The stairs are wide but a little steep, a safety barrier for children is present in the hallway.
