The space Woodland View is a converted cottage offering cosy yet spacious accommodation for up to 5 guests and 2 dogs, combining modern comfort with a charming countryside setting - a true home away from home where you can relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors. Access: Enter via the front door with a small step. Parking: Includes 1 designated parking space. An additional parking space is available in front of the property if needed, provided it doesn’t block access for other residents. Bedding and towels are included, along with a small welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk sachets and biscuits). The cottage is furnished, decorated and equipped to a high standard. Guest access Guests have access to whole property and rear garden. Please note: The woodland at the rear of the property is private land and not accessible to guests. Beyond the fenced-off area is a small stream. For safety reasons, and to avoid any risk to children or pets, access is strictly prohibited. The Smart TVs are not connected to terrestrial TV, but a number of apps are available which include live TV and catch-up TV. Other things to note It is advisable to have travel insurance in place should you be unable to travel. Woodland View is in a residential area, please be mindful of our neighbours. Smoking, including vaping and e-cigarette use, is not allowed inside the house. A travel cot is provided, but please bring your own cot mattress and bedding for your little one. Due to our rural location, mobile signal can be limited. Hot water is heated a stored in a tank. Once this is used it can take just over an hour to refill and reheat.
