The space BEDROOMS 3 spacious bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort and relaxation, all with stunning ocean views. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, dedicated remote working space, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, dedicated remote working space, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3: Can be set up as either a king size bedroom, or two single with an adjacent guest bathroom, dedicated remote working space, and ceiling fan. BATHROOMS 3 modern bathrooms. 2 en-suite bathrooms. 1 guest bathroom LIVING AREAS - The upstairs living area which has an amazing sea and mountain view has a number of couches and a fireplace for chilly days in winter - Dining room table that seats 8-10 people. - The downstairs lounge includes both a double bunk as well as a sleeper couch if looking to fit in some extra people! - All sliding doors and windows are double glazed, ensuring warmth in winter and coolness in summer KITCHEN - Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (Gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee plunger and mocca pot). - The kitchen has a large double door fridge. In the downstairs area is an additional large double door fridge providing further food and drink storage space) OUTDOOR SPACE - Upstairs outside deck and entertainment area with a dining table and large braai area - Designed to be sheltered from the prevailing south-easterly wind, ensuring beautiful views and a comfortable stay year-round! - Downstairs deck leading onto a section of artificial lawn, perfect for chilling or waxing up surfboards! OUTSIDE HEATED SHOWER Outside heated shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. SOLAR Solar panels and battery ensure the house is not impacted by load shedding. WASHING AND DRYING FACILTIIES The downstairs guest bathroom has a both a washer and dryer which guests can use free of charge. WOOD AND BLITZ Wood for the braai and fireplace is available on the property can be purchased from our host. Blitz is provided. Please bring your own charcoal if that's what you prefer to use for braaing! LOCATION The house is just a 150m walk to the beach, coming out near the top of Elands Bay point, a world-class left-hand break. ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION Adjacent to the main house on a separate property is the Cottage unit, which sleeps 4 and can also be rented out. ELANDS BAY SHOPPING The town is very small and there are NO GROCERY SHOPS. Please do your full food and essentials shop before leaving Cape Town. You will be able to top up on bread, milk, braai meat and some limited wine and beer. FULL SELF CATERING We provide bed linen, bath towels and beach towels, toilet paper, body wash and hand soap plus salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee (Instant) and oil, BUT please be warned we do not provide milk, sauces or spices so be sure to pack for a full self-catering vibe! MOSQUITOS Please bring your own mosquito repellent if the mozzies love you! The ceiling fans do help keep them at bay.
