We offer a spacious 60 sqm apartment for up to 6 guests, which has been sustainably renovated in the spirit of Stella. Quietly located, the accommodation offers direct access to public transport (stops in all directions about 500 m away), short distances to Zittau city center (duration about 10 minutes), direct connection to the recreational area Olbersdorfer See (duration about 15 minutes) and connection to the narrow gauge railway to the Zittauer Gebirge nature park (duration about 10 minutes) The space The apartment is equipped with a complete kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven). There is also a small bathroom with a walk-in shower at floor level. Towels are provided. Two double bedrooms are available. An additional single bed can be set up in each bedroom. For training in the field of volunteer emergency services / disaster protection, an increase of the occupancy with camp beds is possible. Guest access You have an entire apartment at your disposal. Other things to note For overnight stays in the city of Zittau, a guest tax is charged on site. This is €1.45 per person per night for children and adolescents (6-14 years) and €2.90 per person per night for adults. The journey can easily be made by car via Germany, Poland or the Czech Republic. There are always enough parking spaces available in the area. Travel by train and bus can be made to the Zittau stops - Dr.-Brinitzer-Strasse - Dresdner Straße - Rathenaustraße - Goldbachstraße - Humboldtstraße The journey using the narrow-gauge railway can be made via Olbersdorf-Vorstadtbahnhof station. The nearest shops are discount stores and bakeries between 500 and 1500 m away as well as all shops in downtown Zittau. Doctors and pharmacies are in the immediate vicinity.
