Skaneateles Lake waterfront cottage

Explore the hiking, biking and wine tasting that the this beautiful Fingerlakes region has to offer. The space The cottage rents for a minimum of one week. There are two bedrooms located in a high-ceilinged loft upstairs. There is a catwalk and sitting area between the rooms and overlooks the living area below. Children should be attended to while in this area. Please note, although cute, The SMEG refrigerator is small and the freezer rather compact. Depending on the frequency you grill or cook at home, it may require you provide ice for excess food and beverages. There is a large cooler available for this purpose. There is direct TV and wifi. The owner may be on the property during your stay depending on the week, in the detached bunkhouse. Shared space might include parking facilities and the dock for access to sailboat, boat and jetski. Guest access Lake, MacKenzie-Childs, restaurants, shopping, wineries, golf, berry picking, apple orchards and distilleries, dinner boat cruise, mooring for one boat or jetski, sundeck for lounging, deck views, sunsets, firepit, firewood, gas grill, various floaties, electric air pump, stand up paddle board, private road with good inclines for picturesque walks. Other things to note If guests are interested in launching and/or mooring your own personal watercraft, a boat, or any other personal item, prior arrangements must be made with the host and preferably mentioned at time of inquiry. Personal items are the responsibility of the guests. The host cannot be held responsible for storing, securing, maintaining or protecting guest’s personal items. Life preserving devices must be worn on all water crafts.
