Our mixed size 8 Bedrooms accommodate 15 guests on beds and another 9 on extra mattresses. After guest feedbacks, to accommodate more guests, living room has been converted into another private room. please use any larger room as a common room for gathering and to chit chat if you have any question, do not hesitate and ask us straight away. We do not have a dedicated Living room / Dining room but you can use Any one larger room from so many rooms as a common rooms House Rules - No Parties unless we've approved it prior. - No substance abuse or smoking inside the premises. Fine of Rs. 5000/- if found smoking. - Please maintain low noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours after 11pm as per local laws. - Check-in is handled through a digital smart lock at all times. Do kindly use the property respectfully and treat it with care. Any damages shall be charged regrettably. Please inform us about any issue within half an hour of check-in. Any claims arising after will not be entertained. Though we will work towards resolving the issues asap. The caretaker is available to help with cleanliness if required and any other help. He lives in the property and sleeps near the stairs or any of the empty rooms so that he can be of use and available for help at night if reqd.
