And check-out time is 12 noon. If you need a different check-in time, you must inform us in advance and availability will be checked (we do not guarantee availability). 2. The cabin has a maximum capacity for 4 people (two people in a double bed and two people in a bunk bed). UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES are more people allowed than the cabin can accommodate. During your stay, only people registered in the reservation will be able to access the cabin. We reserve the right of admission. 3. Upon arrival at the property, the person in charge will verify the number of people according to the reservation and after that, the keys and access to the cabin will be given. 4. Finca Bosques de Osa is a rustic cabin in the middle of the mountain. Access is possible only by double traction vehicle (4x4), or on foot. 5. Finca Bosques de Osa is a rustic cabin in the mountains, the plumbing system is delicate. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary towels, wet towels, or diapers down the toilet. A garbage can is available for this purpose. 6. At the end of your stay, you must collect the garbage produced (bathroom, kitchen, others) and leave it well closed inside the house. 7. Finca Bosques de Osa is located near a residential neighborhood, so loud noise (including music) is not allowed after 10 pm. 8. Finca Bosques de Osa is a tobacco-free area.
