The space Welcome to this modern and spacious studio in Belval, a haven of peace of 42 m² in the heart of this dynamic Luxembourg region! Enjoy a comfortable double bed (140 cm), a 32-inch TV with Netflix for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals as if you were at home. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower for a practical and relaxing experience. As a bonus, a private garage is available upon request for only €15 per night. Please note that the request for the garage must be made at least 24 hours before your arrival. A perfect space for a carefree stay! Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire studio during their stay, ensuring privacy and total comfort. The studio is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected easily. Self check-in makes check-in and check-out simple and flexible. Access from Belval-Université train station: 5-minute walk. 2-minute drive. Belval-Université train station is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the studio, allowing you to easily reach your accommodation. By car, the trip takes only 2 minutes. Access from Luxembourg train station: 20 minutes by direct train. 25-minute drive. From Luxembourg train station, take a direct train to Belval-Université train station in just 20 minutes. By car, it takes about 25 minutes to reach the studio. Access from Luxembourg Airport: 25-minute drive. 35 minutes by public transit via lines 29 and 60. Luxembourg Airport can be reached in 25 minutes by car. If you prefer public transport, take line 29 from the airport, then change to train line 60 at Luxembourg train station. You will be in Belval in about 35 minutes. Other things to note A Smart TV, as well as sheets and a bath towel per person, are provided free of charge for your convenience. The studio is also equipped with a washing machine for your convenience. House' rules: No smoking: Smoking inside the accommodation is strictly forbidden. In case of non-compliance: €250 extra. Respect for the neighborhood: Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially after 10:00 p.m. Cleanliness: Please leave the space clean and tidy upon checkout. Use the garbage cans provided for garbage. Use of amenities: Please use the amenities of the house with care. If damages occur, please let us know right away. In case of unreported damage: cost of repair or replacement. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the accommodation unless previously agreed. Maximum occupancy: The number of people staying in the accommodation must not exceed the number specified in the booking. In case of non-compliance: €100 per additional person per night. Check-in & checkout times: Check-in is not before 3:00 p.m. Checkout must be before 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed for late checkout. Checkout: Before leaving, please close the windows, lock the bedroom door and return the keys to the box provided for this purpose. In case of loss or broken key, an additional €300 will be charged.
