House with garden Danube cycle path near Vienna

Welcome to our lovingly renovated stilt house with its own garden (400 m²) in a quiet location. In five minutes, you can walk to the bathing lake of the old Danube arm with a lawn and the possibility to rent a pedal boat. In 25 minutes you can reach Heiligenstadt in Vienna by S-Bahn [suburban train]. From there it is another 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway] to the city center. The property is also an ideal starting point for cyclists, it is located on the Danube cycle path Passau-Vienna. The space The house has a double bedroom and a living room with double sofa bed, kitchen and access to the terrace upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Upstairs there is a small terrace with cozy seating furniture, on the ground floor there is another covered terrace that can also be used in bad weather. In the garden there is a large meadow for lying or playing, as well as a fireplace and a barbecue. Linens and towels are provided. Other things to note The house is a stilt house, the living areas upstairs are not accessible. Furthermore, the house is not heatable and can therefore only be used in the warm season. In summer, it is wonderfully cool and pleasant due to the green quiet location!
