The space The Land Iwalore is more than a stay—it’s an experience. Enjoy the living landscape: goats, gardens, and an orchard, plus wide-open space that feels worlds away while still being close to town. The private riverfront beach and gentle water access make it easy to spend time outside—wading, lounging, reading, or simply listening to the river. Though we recommend a 4 wheel drive. There is a 10 minute drive on dirt road to the locked gate. The nearest supermarket is 15 minutes away in Ukiah. Guests have access to the entire main home and designated ranch areas, including the private riverfront beach. Any areas reserved for operations or storage will be clearly marked and secured. The adjacent building is not for public access via air bnb at this time. Hot tub, river areas may be used at your own risk. The garage is not accessible to guests. A caretaker may be present periodically for property maintenance and to care for the goats. You’ll receive simple check-in instructions prior to arrival to make your entry smooth and stress-free. You will be given the codes to gate and front door. Other things to note To protect the peace of the property and the guest experience: This is not a party house. It’s a space for rest, reconnection, and respectful enjoyment of the land. Quiet hours: 10pm–8am. River & ranch safety: The property includes natural terrain and water access. Please supervise children near the river, hot tub, and fire pit. Nature is part of the magic: You may encounter wildlife and the sounds of country life, including goats and nighttime critters.
