Customer service is available on a 24 hour basis and the manager is always available to assist in any client's additional requirement (speaking fluently English, Russian, Italian and German as well). The manager may also assist in organizing any kind of transfers, cruises and group or individual excursions and tours on Crete and outside Crete. Moreover, arrival transfer is FREE of charge (upon request and after providing us with the flight details).
