Cozy farm house on the country side.

Cozy old house located on the country side close to scenic water (Hanangervannet), known for its rich bird life and nice bathing. Large garden with scenic view. Simple standard, but cozy furnishings. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand. The space The kitchen was renovated a few years back and has oven, microwave, fridge (with small freezer), and dish washer. The house is also equipped with a washing machine. Bathroom was completely renovated in spring 2019 and is now a very good standard with heated floor and water fall shower. There is electrical ovens for heating and for colder days a fire place can be used. Wood is available for free. A baby crib and a baby chair is also available for families traveling with babies. There is a canoe that can be used in the closest water. Please note that towels and bed sheets are not included. This can be provided for an additional fee of 50 kr per person.
