House with idyllic distant view

Pure relaxation for two or with children in this peaceful accommodation with a fantastic idyllic view in the middle of the countryside on the outskirts of the city. The space Our house is surrounded by greenery 2 km from the city limits of Graz and 10 minutes by car from the city center on a hill with a distant view. It is located next to our house and there are no other neighbors. From the balcony or the terrace you can observe the animals from our adjacent deer enclosure or enjoy the distant view. We have just lovingly restored our little house all around. The floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom... were redone. On the ground floor is the living area with about 60 m² of living space. There is anteroom, a living-dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom/toilet, a balcony, and a terrace. The house is ideal for 2 people. In the living room there is a sofa bed, so 2 more people can sleep. In the basement there is a laundry room, which can also be used as a storage room (e.g. for bicycles). In front there is a garden with about 100 m² of garden. (Ideal for grilling) Guest access You park the car in front of the parking lot at the driveway. The access leads past our house to the guest house. The surrounding garden area is available for guests. Guests are also welcome to start walks from here, which lead over our hill into our forest.
