Welcome to our Brand new cozy & tiny apt. attached to our house ! You are going to have an entire space for yourself with private entry ! You can almost drive to everywhere within 5mins-10mins in Cape Girardeau/Jackson , and very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Very close distance to some restaurants, gas station, and Cape trail to take a walk or bike ride. You might see some deer in our front / back yard in the evening The space Some steps to entry door * Just a quick note: the apartment is connected to our main house. We do have a cat, but she stays only in the main house and never goes into the apartment, in case anyone is sensitive or allergic. Other things to note 💡Worried about weather and power outage ? We have installed Generac Generator , when power loses, back up power automatically comes on ! 🚬 strictly no smoking , no vaping , no legal drug in our property. We appreciate your cooperation 🙏 🚪 There is no door between the bedroom and living room due to the layout and limited space. We wanted to keep the apartment feeling open and spacious, even though it’s small.
